a total of 70 men and 50 women

Expected
vehicular traffic on weekdays is approx 10 cars in the mornings
and in the evenings. Many congregants live within walking distance,
and those that drive will be encouraged through a Green Travel
Plan to share car journeys

the synagogue will be catering for an orthodox Jewish community,
no vehicular traffic will be generated on Sabbaths and Jewish
Festivals

The community
hall (145m2 nett) is located beneath the synagogue, on the lower
ground floor, and is accessed by lift and stairs. It will be
used intermittently for lectures, community meetings, buffets
after synagogue services on the Sabbath, plus occasional sit-down
functions, music and dancing.
