PARTY WALL ISSUES AND RIGHTS TO LIGHT

The Practice has acted in separate cases, as the Building Owner's Surveyor and as the Adjoining Owner's Surveyor, in a number of Party Wall Awards (some of which included the calling-in of the Third Surveyor), and in the application and receipt of 10 foot and 20 foot Notices, and is now applying the new Party Wall etc Act 1996

 

HEALTH AND SAFETY LEGISLATION

The Practice has already obtained some expertise in this field, both in formal study and by experience, and has gained qualification to act as Planning Supervisor under the CDM Regulations, which apply from 31st March 1995
